It was hard finding a dual shower and tub combo that had the right look and COULD be sent to CA. I liked the look of it and it matched the other Fixtures we were using for our Hampton/Newport Beach remodel.One thing that surprised me was it's not metal. I was not very happy about that. I became happier when I saw how easily water spots rub right off with a dry cloth. That made me SUPER HAPPY!!!The other thing I was bummed about, and I'm not sure if it's due to the fixture or what, but our water pressure went way down. We have a 1947 house that was just repipped a year before our remodel. We always had the best water pressure in the tub than the rest of the house. Once this was put in our water pressure significantly decreased by 1/2. That was quite disappointing but like said, I'm not sure why that happened. It is pretty and easy to keep looking good. That makes me very happy!Love the style of this faucet, water pressure is awesome. It does have TERRIBLE water marks and streaks all over it though. I wouldn’t have bought if I knew that ahead of time.Water has very good flow. Liked the shower head. Off and on and temperature adjustment work well also.Just remodeled one of my bathrooms and can’t use the shower due to a leaking shower arm. It’s plastic as well…not worth what I paid and has to be replaced. Try to fix it twice but it breaks the washer every time causing it to leak. Very disappointed.Initial impression is that this set looks good, though the tub spout feels cheap. The valve handle is heavy metal and feels good. After I stand using it, the finish (ours is the stainless/brushed finish) is pretty disappointing. It spots really bad after each use. Yes, you can easily wipe it clean to make them go away, but the Delta set that we have in our other bathroom has a much better finish that does not have this issue. Also, when finishing a shower and turning the water off, the diverter in the tub spout does not drop on its own to allow the water to drain from the pipe into the tub. You have to press the diverter back down each time. This isn’t a big deal, though.I purchased because I thought delta would have a better product then some h known brand, but, I was in for a surprise. The set screw does not go through the thread enough to catch the valve, so it can not be secured property, therefore it wobbles off! Tried calling the customer service and they told me it would be a wait of 1hour and 25 minutes? Wait, what!? Very displeased! Mind you my plumber did his job, so returning it, is past up!Works perfectly but shows every single water spot.Not a well made item. Lot of plastic under the outer decorative metal.Faucet set looks amazing and works very well. Great quality and nice finish. Showered has a nice spray patternThis product is just what they call a trim kit it's not a complete unit. So I only end up buying half the shower I need.Stunning set. Looks beautiful in my bathroom with bronze/brown accessories and trims.Trim looks great, however, I’m experiencing low pressure coming from what appears to be the cartridge.J'adore!
