This item actually requires more space on the counter as it is in a bigger size. When I first used it, it had a very strong plastic smell. I dont quite see the “red flame” when it toasts like my other previous toasters. What I like about this is it saves lot of time for my family as I can toast more at once, no need to wait since we very often eat toast bread for morning. I rarely use the clamps for warming white toasting, but It is cool to have multifunction. I dont recommend if you have small kitchen space or you dont eat toast bread often though.It works as advertised. I am satisfied with it and purchased another one for a giftCooker arrived without cooking instructions bookletGreat unit with only one tiny nit to pick, you cannot store all three cook surfaces inside and close the lid completely.It works excellent. I have no regret buying itHad this product for 1 month & it just stop working.. $200 down the drain . The actual unit is ok I thought until a few weeks ago it suddenly started having electrical issues.. now a few days past whe I can’t return it - THE UNIT STOPS WORKINGCame with a lot of dents.We like the toaster a lot. It’s nice being able to toast 4 things at once, which is usually enough for my partner and I. Now I one set doesnt cool down while we wait on the other to finish haha. The removal tray is nice for removing crumbs, our last one didn’t have that.
